You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract. Accurate and complete business details are mandatory.
Vendors must register with valid credentials and maintain confidentiality. You’re responsible for all activities under your account.
List only genuine, lawful products/services with accurate descriptions. Counterfeit or restricted items are strictly prohibited.
You can set your own prices. Bindowkart charges a category-based commission. Payouts are processed after deducting fees.
Timely delivery or appointment fulfillment is required. Keep customers and Bindowkart updated in case of any delay or cancellation.
Vendors must adhere to return and refund policies, especially for defective, wrong, or damaged items/services.
You're responsible for your taxes and must issue valid tax invoices. Bindowkart may deduct TDS/TCS as required.
You must own or have rights to your content. Bindowkart may use your content for promotions and platform operations.
Vendors are allowed to list and upload their own products, provided they follow Bindowkart's image and content standards. If you choose Bindowkart’s professional product creation and upload service, it will be charged at a minimum of INR 100 per product.
For better visibility and marketing, vendors are encouraged to include product short videos created by Bindowkart. The cost of creating and uploading a short video is a minimum of INR 3000 per product. If you already have a video, Bindowkart can upload it (subject to approval) at INR 2200 per product.
Do not use a single short video for multiple products. All videos must be original and exclusively hosted on the Bindowkart YouTube channel. Uploading or using these videos on other platforms is strictly prohibited. Bindowkart retains full rights to use these videos for marketing, promotion, and advertising purposes.
All physical store vendors must place the official Bindowkart framed banner in a clearly visible area in front of their shop or establishment. This banner will be provided after onboarding.
Vendors are expected to maintain product quality, accurate quantity, and professional service. If multiple customers raise the same complaint about a vendor a total of three times, Bindowkart will initiate an investigation.
If complaints are found valid, Bindowkart reserves the right to suspend or ban the vendor for a minimum of 1 month or more, or permanently in serious cases.
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, poor service, or fraud. Vendors can also request deactivation with proper notice.
You agree to indemnify Bindowkart from any claims related to your listings. Bindowkart is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Terms may change over time. You will be notified via dashboard or email. Continued usage means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Indian Law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City].
